For the purposes of this post, I am going to break with tradition and invite you to join me at 6:30pm at the Sipsmith Distillery in Hammersmith on February 5th next year.

Since I started writing this blog, a coterie of friends, family and acquaintances have generously shared and recommended their discoveries. Sipsmith Distillery is a case in point, which my lovely friend C texted me about this morning. I quickly googled the recommendation and within minutes booked myself in for a tour. Sounds easy?
